Martindale on the Monon
Located in the Martindale-Brightwood Community near downtown Indianapolis, Martindale on the Monon is a unique, single-family housing initiative and a joint venture by the CDC and the Martindale-Brightwood, LLC (with Development Concepts, Inc. acting as consultant). Upon completion, the neighborhood expects to bring 150 newly constructed homes, a renovation of ten to fifteen existing homes and a new retail center along the revitalizing 16th Street corridor.
