Martindale-Brightwood Community Development Corporation Workforce Development Department is a community approach to address neighborhood employment needs. We match the needs of the Emplopyer with skilled residents from our community. It is our goal to assist residents in obtaining jobs paying competitive wages with benefits. We believe every citizen residing or working in the Martindale-Brightwood community deserves safe affordable housing, a crime-free neighborhood, an opportunity for achieve these, Martindale-Brightwood CDC will work in a cooperative partnership with the community neighborhood associations and act as a catalyst to create a better community.
What's are the requirements to participate in the program
- Resume ( if you do not have a resume we will assist you to get one prepared)
- Background check
- Must be able to complete drug test before we provide job leads
- Register with Indiana Career Connections
- Job Readiness training if needed
- Attend weekly Job club meetomgs
- Job Readiness Workshop, every Wednesday at 2p.m. at the Brightwood Library)
- Complete any request made by Workforce Development Specialist that will assist you in your job search.
