A prospective homeowner oftentimes needs some level of financial assistance to turn the dream of purchasing a home into a reality.In an attempt to “restock” the community with new life, the CDC collaborates with the City of Indianapolis to provide necessary purchasing assistance to qualified homebuyers. By utilizing available Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnerships funds, the dream of owning a home in Martindale-Brightwood is becoming a reality for many.
