Acquisition/Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation is essential for sustaining the “useful” life of any community’s housing stock. Designed to assist low-to-moderate income households purchase safe and affordable homes in the Martindale-Brightwood community, this program is helping to maintain the residential character of the neighborhood. The CDC is leading this charge in conjunction with the Martindale-Brightwood, LLC and similar organizations. It also provides residents with a decent, energy efficient place to call “home.”
